Hi Bill, Angela, & World Tai Chi & Qigong Day

The Chi Clinic & Lee Tai Chi Centre enjoyed our 4th Anniversary of WTCQD and were rewarded with the most beautiful sunshine and raised temperatures for the 4th year in a row. (We must be doing something right!)

The day was enjoyed by in excess of 150 Tai Chi friends old and new. It was indeed wonderful to see 'that look' on people's faces and hear the comments like 'I am a much nicer person since taking up Tai Chi' and 'I can't stop grinning!' and 'My arms are floating!'

We had a mass warm up, qigong and joined with the healing energy then 24 Forms en-mass before splitting into groups to practice different forms of Tai Chi & Qigong before the demonstrations. Some of our advanced students and instructors gave a beautiful display of 32 Sword Form, Master Lee gave a powerful display of Taiji Kung Fu Fan and Master Tony & Vicky showed some practical applications with the Chi-Do Martial Art students.

A great day was had by all and we look forward to another year of practice and enjoyment. This day has become a focal point in our year as a place of recognition of personal growth and development. Our website is www.thechiclinic.co.uk
