Hi Bill & Angela, and to all in the Tai Chi & Chi Kung Circles.

Sending you a wave from Edinburgh. A very sunny day with a cool breeze off the Forth.

Nine students and myself had a wonderful morning on the croquet lawns of Lauriston Castle, Edinburgh and a well deserved cup of tea afterwards.

At 10 am we had a standing meditation looking over the Forth whilst thinking about all the people that had already done their Tai Chi and Chi Kung; and of those presently doing it and to those who were still to participate.

Then we did various Tai Chi & Chi Kung moves, a walking meditation and the short form of Infinite Tai Chi.

Out in the sunshine surrounded by trees, with leaves rustling and the birds singing - just makes the day extra special. Looking over the water and the colours of blossom bright in all directions.
