Bill & World Tai Chi & Qigong Day:

Cold weather and rain did not dampen the spirit of the World Tai Chi Day participants in Norwalk Ohio. Jasmine Dragon Tai Chi students were joined by several individuals that had heard about the event and wanted to join in. I lead everyone in our Qigong set and we then performed our full Tai Chi form. Afterward we all enjoyed hot tea and cookies.
