Dear Bill. Everyone at our combined groups event in Auckland enjoyed a fantastic WTCQD. After six events 2007 WTCQD has to be the best for us so far. The gentle wave we created last year just got bigger. A record attendance of over 300 participants and more spectators - even with other groups now running their separate events, means the sum total of Tai Chi & Qigong practitioners in Auckland must be even greater than ever. With the help of unprecedented media interest this year we are looking forward to making an even bigger wave in 2008. A wet and rainy early morning gave way to glorious sunshine as our massed demo began at 10am sharp NZ time. Clubs young and old came together as one family to breathe out a pulse of healing energy we know will be taken up and passed around the world. Great fellowship was enjoyed with different Tai Chi styles and forms presented. The spirit of fellowship was so great that members of different clubs came out to perform behind the demonstrations of others even though they knew not the form!
