We were blessed with a beautiful morning, and about twenty five folks came out to the park, for Integrative Qi Gong©, Therapeutic Tai Chi, TAI CHI for WELLNESS©, adapted Sun Style Tai Chi from the Arthritis Foundation and a demonstration of classical Chen Style as well.

Thank you everyone for all your promotion, support, energy, commitment to this healthful event, and peaceful thoughts.

(I have about twenty photos in all and some video footage as well. There were at least two others out with cameras, too.

We will be kicking of the Arthritis Foundation National Arthritis Walk & Health Fair demonstrating the Tai Chi from the Arthritis Foundation© Form next Saturday at Northfield Square Mall in Bradley (8AM). Please support the Arthritis Foundation - try to make it out, to participate in our demo and the Walk and check your health/fitness levels at the same time.
