We had a great time, wonderful weather and then finished up indoors!

What a wonderful way to get the word out about the benefits of Internal Arts and Chi Kung! We started our WTC & QG morning at 10 am EST outside on our public Square with our warm ups, some ba gua circle walking, and wrapped things up nicely with some chi kung and t'ai chi. In the evening performance, our Chinese lions started the demonstration festivities!
